This package provides you with all required services for a simple, direct cremation and represents a discount vs. itemized pricing. Substitutions in this package are not allowed, however you are free to itemized your service options and select only those which are right for you. We've included our itemized pricing (General Price List) below for your convenience.

- Basic services of staff
- Transfer of remains from place of death within New Hanover County
- Refrigeration
- Crematory fee
- Minimum cardboard container
- Free obituary listing on our website
Itemized Pricing (General Price List)
These prices are effective as of May 30, 2023 and are subject to change without notice.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
GENERAL SERVICES
- Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff: $670.00Our services include: conducting the arrangements conference; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining the necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs.
TRANSPORTATION
- Transfer of deceased from place of death in New Hanover County: $430.00(In Brunswick County and Pender County add $200.00)
OTHER PREPARATIONS:
- Refrigeration (per day): $345.00
- Alternative (a leak proof rigid cardboard cremation container, required by North Carolina Law): $155.00
CREMATION FEE
- Crematory Fee: $450.00
ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AND SERVICES
- Basic Register Book: $35.00
- Acknowledgement cards (per box of 25): $12.00
- Shipping of cremains (by Registered mail): $155.00 and up
- Placing out of town newspaper obituaries (per paper): $100.00

- Urn Filling Fee (when purchased somewhere else: $35.00
